We strongly encourage people that want to take our embodied classes to take the CORE ASSESSMENT first.
It provides individuals, communities, and organizations with energetic racialized embodied baseline information that can be used as you navigate the classes.
CORE ASSESSMENT allows for inquiry about the energetic effects of race and white-body supremacy and their underlying structural philosophy on all of our bodies.
